Real-Time Help now delivers more accurate answers. Also, Ava can help you to enhance your productivity with the new suggested follow-up questions after each response, which are context-aware and relevant to your conversation.
Real-Time Help is now available for Unit4 FP&A
Ava now offers Real-Time Help for Unit4 FP&A. You can ask Ava questions about planning, forecasting and reporting, such as What are dimensions? or How do I create a dashboard?, and receive instant answers based on the latest Unit4 FP&A Online Help.
Rate Ava's responses with feedback icons
You can now rate responses from Ava by selecting a thumbs up or thumbs down icon and optionally leaving a comment. Your feedback helps Unit4 improve the quality and accuracy of Ava's answers. For more information, go to Give feedback.
Personalised overview of available features
Ava now shows an overview of the functionalities available to you based on your product subscriptions and permissions. You can request this overview at any time by asking Ava What can I do in Ava? or similar questions.
Updated permission checks in the Consent window
The permissions Use chat messages and Use your collaboration app user identifier are now mandatory on the Consent window. You may be prompted to accept the updated consent the next time you sign in. For more information, go to How Ava protects your privacy.

Ava now offers Real-Time Help for Unit4 ERPx and Unit4 ERP CR. You can ask Ava questions about functionality, concepts, and processes, such as "What is payroll confirmation?" or "How do I create a customer transaction?", and receive instant answers based on the latest Unit4 Online Help.
Updated Ava Privacy Statement to reflect technology enhancements
We have updated the Ava Privacy Statement to reflect enhancements in the underlying technology. Ava now uses Azure AI Bot Service (formerly Microsoft Bot Framework). We have clarified that content may be processed by Azure OpenAI within Microsoft Azure. Your data is not used to train foundation models and remains isolated from other customers.
