- Real-Time Help is now available in Ava for Unit4 ERPx and Unit4 ERP CR
Ava now offers Real-Time Help for Unit4 ERPx and Unit4 ERP CR. You can ask Ava questions about functionality, concepts, and processes, such as "What is payroll confirmation?" or "How do I create a customer transaction?", and receive instant answers based on the latest Unit4 Online Help.
- Updated Ava Privacy Statement to reflect technology enhancements
We have updated the Ava Privacy Statement to reflect enhancements in the underlying technology. Ava now uses Azure AI Bot Service (formerly Microsoft Bot Framework). We have clarified that content may be processed by Azure OpenAI within Microsoft Azure. Your data is not used to train foundation models and remains isolated from other customers.
There are no changes to processing, legal basis, data retention, or your rights. If you have any questions, contact dpo@unit4.com.

- A new version of Ava (Non-Preview) is now available. This update includes a modification to the application description. There are no changes to the functionality.
We recommend keeping your application up to date to ensure you have the latest version installed.
- We have fixed a bug related to how Ava handles language preferences when you are not logged in.
- There is a Known issue regarding absence tasks. See the Ava Implementation guide for more information and a workaround.
- We have made further internal improvements which do not affect functionality.
