How does Time Tracking Assistance work?

Based on the available source information, Ava can:

• Combine this information with U4TTS expected hours and absence data.
• Proactively propose time entries for your review.
• Submit approved or edited entries to U4TTS.
• Inform you about missing entries.

Automatic time tracking is available when your Microsoft 365 account is connected. Ava can propose entries automatically at the end of each working day.

How do I use Time Tracking Assistance?

To use Time Tracking Assistance:

1. Open your chat with Ava in Microsoft Teams.
2. Wait for Ava to send your proposed time entry report.
3. Review the proposed time entry report when Ava sends it.
4. Choose whether to approve the proposal as is, or edit and save it.

You can also add entries conversationally using natural language.

Example request:

• I want to submit a time entry for Monday, from 08:00 to 18:00, with a 45-minute break.

You can ask Ava about a specific day to check whether time is already logged.

• Have I registered a time tracking entry for 07.07.2026?

Important information

Review and submission

Time Tracking Assistance supports the following user actions:

• Approve a proposal with no changes.
• Edit a proposal and save changes.

Ava can also proactively notify you when a day has missing time.

Note: This proactive notification runs on Ava's schedule and cannot be reliably triggered on demand.
