When you use Unit4 Advanced Virtual Assistant ("Ava"), you must sign in to your work or organization account, so Ava can have access to Unit4 ERP and help you with your requests. This is done using your Unit4 identifier and two-factor authentication to provide a highly secure sign in process.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have full control over how your personal data is stored and used. You can exercise your right to be forgotten and ask Ava to delete any personal data that is stored for you. This means Ava will delete:
To delete your personal data from Ava simply use the forget me command in a chat message. Ava then asks for confirmation and lets you know when the process is completed. Note that the following personal data is outside the scope of this process:

Any personal data that might be stored by your collaboration app provider when you have been using Ava. See your collaboration app provider's privacy policy for more details.

To withdraw your consent, simply use the withdraw consent command in a chat message. You are then presented with the permissions you consented to when you first signed in to Ava, and here you can withdraw each or all of these as required.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to see what personal data is stored for you. You can get a copy of the personal data that Ava stores about you by sending an email to privacy@unit4.com.
You will then receive a response in writing within 4 weeks of the date on which we receive your request.
