Ava's Payslip Assistance is available for use with Unit4 ERPx.

What is Payslip Assistance?

Unit4 Advanced Virtual Agent (Ava) offers Payslip Assistance to help you understand your pay information. Ava can retrieve your payslip data, explain salary components, compare pay between periods, and provide payslip documents.

Note: Payslip Assistance is only available if your organisation has set up payslip history and document archive in Unit4 ERPx.

How can Ava help me with my payslip?

You can ask Ava a wide range of questions about your payslip. For example:

To use Payslip Assistance:

1. Open your chat with Ava in Microsoft Teams.
2. Type your question or request.
3. Ava retrieves your payslip data and provides the information you requested.

How do I download my payslip?

To download your payslip document:

1. Open your chat with Ava in Microsoft Teams.
2. Type Download my payslip or Download my payslip for [month].
3. Ava attaches the payslip document to the conversation.

How do I compare two payslips?

To compare payslips between two periods:

1. Open your chat with Ava in Microsoft Teams.
2. Type your question, for example Compare my January and February payslips or Why is my net pay different this month?
3. Ava retrieves both payslips and explains the differences.
