Action buttons
Interactive buttons in Ava's chat that represent available actions. These are usually only valid at the moment they appear.
Administrator
A person responsible for setting up and managing Ava within Microsoft Teams for an organization.
Channel
In Microsoft Teams, channels are subsections within a team that help organize conversations and content by topic, project, or function.
Chats
Chats are direct or group messages outside of channels in Microsoft Teams. Used to communicate with Ava.
Commands
Certain commands which have designated functions in Ava, such as quit to exit a chat or feedback to share your thoughts on Ava with Unit4.
Discuss button
A button available in certain Unit4 ERPx windows that launches the Team Discussion setup dialog.
Discussions (Posts)
Discussions, also called posts, happen inside channels. These are threaded conversations where team members can reply, react, and collaborate.
Microsoft Bot Framework
The underlying technology Ava uses to operate within Microsoft Teams, subject to its own privacy and data handling policies.
Real-Time Help
A feature of Ava that provides instant answers to questions about Unit4 ERPx and ERP CR using official documentation.
Suggested prompts
Predefined clickable phrases provided by Ava to guide you through conversations and actions.
Task Assistance
Ava functionality that helps users view, manage, and approve tasks directly within Microsoft Teams.
Task card
A card displayed within an Ava chat related to a specific task. It gives you information on the task and offers actions that you can take, such as Approve or Reject.
Task carousel
A collection of task cards which you can browse through, ordered by urgency.
Team Discussion
A feature in Ava that allows you to initiate collaborative conversations about specific tasks with colleagues in Microsoft Teams. Only available through certain windows in Unit4 ERPx.
Teams
In Microsoft Teams, a team is a group of people brought together for work, projects, or common interests. It acts as a container for collaboration and communication. A team consists of channels for different topics, and members can start discussion (post) threads with colleagues within these channels.
Token limit
A monthly usage cap for Real-Time Help, set at 42 000 000 tokens per tenant (approximately 15 000-16 000 questions).
Unit4 Identifier
A unique user ID used to authenticate and link your identity within the Unit4 ERP system.
