To use Unit4 Advanced Virtual Assistant ("Ava"), you must be a Unit4 ERP user and Ava must be set up by your organization to work with Unit4 ERP. Once this is done, you can then add Ava on Microsoft Teams, and get help with your Unit4 ERP tasks. You can find out more about how to work with Ava in Learn about Ava.

Your administrator should have installed Ava in Microsoft Teams. The installed Ava app can be located under More added apps. To get started, start a conversation with Ava to find out more about what it can do. Note that you will be asked to sign in with your Unit4 ERP account because Ava needs to access Unit4 ERP to help you.
