Feedback
Give feedback
Your feedback is essential to us as it helps us improve Unit4 Advanced Virtual Agent (Ava). There are two main ways you can provide feedback:
Send feedback
You can voluntarily give feedback or report a problem at any moment by just typing the feedback command through your chat with Ava.
Rate an answer
After each interaction with Ava, you are prompted to rate your experience. You can provide a rating and leave additional comments if you wish.
- Thumbs up icon: Positive experience.
- Thumbs down icon: Negative experience.
- Comment box: Additional details about your experience (optional).
How Unit4 uses your feedback
Feedback helps Unit4 improve Ava while keeping your data protected. It is used exclusively to improve the accuracy, quality, and relevance of Ava's responses.
Ava stores messages anonymously. These anonymised messages allow Unit4 teams to understand how Ava is used and identify areas where the conversational experience can be improved. Your feedback helps to:
- Analyse usage patterns.
- Identify issues.
- Evaluate agent behaviour.
- Perform product diagnostics.
Note: Your feedback is not used to identify you personally. Unit4 is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your data is handled securely. If you include personal data in your chat, the stored messages may contain it, but all processing aligns with applicable data-protection laws.
What data is collected?
When you provide feedback, the following data may be collected:
Interaction context
- Your message to Ava.
- Ava's response.
- Intermediate data needed to associate the feedback with the interaction.
Feedback details
- Thumbs up or down rating.
- Additional comments you provide.
Who in my organisation can see my feedback?
The anonymised messages stored to improve Ava cannot be accessed by any users inside your organisation. Only authorised Unit4 personnel may access this anonymised data when necessary, such as for troubleshooting or support and only in accordance with applicable laws.
Your organisation's internal administrators do not have visibility into the feedback events you submit. Feedback is processed within the Unit4 Ava ecosystem and securely stored following GDPR, not exposed through any customer-facing dashboards.
